Affiliate Application

By agreeing to be an affiliate of OrbitProtect, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions have been written to protect the OrbitProtect brand and ensure our customers are treated fairly.

Failure to comply with the following terms and conditions below will result in your affiliate account being suspended immediately from the affiliate program:

1. You must only use approved banners and links supplied by OrbitProtect. The approved banners and links are supplied on the affiliate portal.
2. Advertising commonly referred to as "spamming" as well as the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once, are prohibited. In addition, you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address.
3. You may mass email your customers so long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or website. The recipients of your emails must have the option to remove themselves from your mailing lists.
4. You may post to newsgroups so long as the newsgroup specifically welcomes commercial messages. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your websites as independent from OrbitProtect.
5. OrbitProtect has sole and absolute discretion as to the suitability of any Referring Website and may terminate your agreement at our own discretion without reasons being provided to you. Without limitation, we expressly exclude any Referring Website which:
   • discriminates or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or national origin
   • shows or promotes sexually explicit material or otherwise offensive material
   • shows or promotes violence
   • shows, promotes, encourages or is engaged in any illegal activities or violates any law or regulation
   • violates or encourages or facilitates the violation of intellectual property rights
   • contains any viruses or other computer programming routines intended to damage or interfere with information and data
6. You must agree to OrbitProtect terms of sale as listed on OrbitProtect's website. http://www.orbitprotect.com/terms-of-sale/
7. You must agree to OrbitProtect terms of use of the website as listed on OrbitProtect's website. http://www.orbitprotect.com/terms-of-use/
8. Commissions shall be paid into your nominated account. All bank charges, international currencies exchange fees or any other fees relating to the transfer of commission payments are to be bound by you.
