You’ll be all good when you arrive in New Zealand. You’ll meet some hard case Kiwi bro’s around and about the wops and maybe you’ll even be invited down to the bach for a mean feed, maybe a hangi and some pavlova. Most blokes are pretty choice, but if you’re knackered and they invite you to crash at their joint, it’s a good idea to suss it out first. Tu Meke! Make sure you wear your stubbies and jandals though or I reckon you could feel a bit out of place with your new mates. If you’re too skint to hook yourself up with the goods, just chill, she’ll be right eh.

Summer in New Zealand is a wonderful time of the year. As a country that prides itself on its natural beauty its little wonder the Kiwis embrace the warmer weather, grabbing every opportunity to get outside and enjoy the fresh air and stunning environment.

Leaving your family and friends and heading overseas can be a daunting experience. Cultural differences and language barriers can make things challenging, so it’s always nice when you can connect with others from home. Getting involved in sport is not only a good way to stay fit and active – it’s also a great way to meet likeminded people, and in New Zealand there’s certainly no shortage of clubs and organisations that visitors can join.
