Terms and conditions

Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition made elsewhere by us, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Entry is open to all individuals who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry and who are affiliated with OrbitProtect, or are an agent, or an adviser, or an RSE, or represent a school, or any combination of these.

nib/OrbitProtect employees and their family members (including spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren) cannot enter the competition.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the OrbitProtect Relationship Survey before 30 June 2025 via the URL link, sent to them via email.

One entry per eligible person completed will be counted.
There are 2 x $500 Prezzy® Cards to be won (each a ‘Prize’) which will be drawn on 3 July (‘Draw Date’). The winners will be determined by random draw from the eligible entries and will be contacted by email or phone.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.
If you are a winner and do not acknowledge acceptance of a Prize via phone and confirm your delivery address within 7 days of the Draw Date, that Prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn from the entries of the prize draw.
We reserve the right to require an entrant to provide proof of identity and/or proof of compliance with any eligibility requirements and these Terms and Conditions.

We can, in our sole discretion, disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in our opinion who has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or has gained an unfair advantage in any way or has won through fraud.
If the competition is interfered with in any way or we cannot run the competition as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
Our decisions relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. To the extent permitted by law, we (including our officers, employees and agents) will not be liable to you (even if we are negligent) for any loss or damage which you suffer or sustain in connection with this competition. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

The promoter is OrbitProtect limited (company number 1598556) c/- Simpson Grierson, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland Central, Auckland, 1010 (we, us or our). Epay New Zealand is not associated with this promotion. OrbitProtect accepts no responsibility for the redemption of the Prezzy® Card or if the Prezzy® Card is lost or stolen.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by us (provided this doesn’t prejudice anyone who has already entered the competition) and were last updated on 27 May 2025.
