Our Experience NZ medical travel pricing is competitive in comparison with similar products available in New Zealand and in your home country. We deliver increased protection at an affordable price.

Who are covered under the Individual and Family plans?

  • Individual: One adult and accompanying dependents under 19 years of age.
  • Family: Two adults (who are married or in a de facto relationship) and accompanying dependents under 19 years of age.

Options:

Manual Cover

  • Manual cover for dairy farming, building and related trades (Christchurch Rebuild) by paying an additional premium of 20% of the individual Experience NZ Lite premium to the cover option. Example: If you have taken the 12 month Individual Prime plan (NZ$664.00), add 20% of the individual Experience NZ Lite plan (NZ$99.00) = NZ$763.00
  • High-value items can always be added to both plans by paying an additional premium on the item at a rate of 2%. Example: A NZ$5,000 item x 0.020 = NZ$100 premium. (The maximum is NZ$10,000 per item)

Age premium loadings 

  • Aged 61-70 add 75% to the individual premium table.
  • Aged 71-80 can be considered on application.

The Experience NZ premiums table below is valid as of 1 September 2016 and is subject to change. Your individual premium amount will be advised upon acceptance of cover. All prices are inclusive of GST and government levies where applicable.
