Claim processing time

When you submit your claim online, we usually process it within 3-5 business days. Click here to claim online.

If we have agreed to pay your claim, payment will be transferred to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Important: To make sure we can work on your claim quickly, you need to provide as much documentation as possible when you submit your claim.

Ask your doctor for your medical notes before you leave the clinic.

Don’t forget to attach your invoice(s), receipt(s), medical note(s) and any other relevant documentation when you submit your claim.

If you are making a property claim for items that have been stolen, make sure you include the reference number from your police report and upload the police report. You will also need proof of purchase or proof of ownership of the items.
