Our purpose
OrbitProtect was started to focus on a very specific audience: people arriving in New Zealand who needed confidence in their insurance cover and speed in their claim resolution.
In 2012, we launched an online claims system for members and producers. Over the last decade, we also launched a new online application process, our OrbitPay swipe cards for immediate eftpos payments after your medical treatment, along with other helpful processes.
The response from our customers has been incredibly positive. We continue to innovate and improve our systems, offering new advantages and staying above our competitors.
We strive to address the issues in travel insurance – such as archaic systems, over-stuffed and expensive policies, and time-consuming claim processes.
