Changing your cover
You can email us through [email protected] if your circumstances have changed as you may need to switch policy types. Please be advised that if you are granted a NZ residence visa, you need to let us know immediately to request the cancellation of your policy as you are no longer eligible to continue your current OrbitProtect policy.
Cancelling your cover
You can cancel your policy at any time by giving us written notice. If you cancel it within 7 calendar days of the date the policy was issued to you, you will be given a full refund provided you have not received a claim payment from us or departed on your journey.
If you cancel your policy after 7 calendar days from the date the policy was issued to you and you have not received a claim payment from us, we will retain the proportion of the premium for the period the policy was in force and refund any unused premium based on a pro rata temporis calculation, minus an administration and documentation fee of 20% of the original premium.
