Who can I see for medical treatment?

You have the freedom to choose to see any available qualified healthcare provider in New Zealand covered by your OrbitProtect policy if you require medical treatment.

If you are an International Student or an RSE/Seasonal Worker and have an OrbitPay Card, you can use any one of our OrbitProtect Medical Providers that is close to your location. If you pay with your OrbitPay Card we can cover 100% of your eligible costs* without you having to submit a claim for reimbursement.

However, if you see someone who is not an approved OrbitProtect Medical Provider, you will need to pay up-front for your treatment, and then submit a claim through our website for reimbursement with the relevant documentation including invoices for the consultation, prescriptions and lab tests.
