How do I buy OrbitProtect travel insurance?

At OrbitProtect, we have made it as simple as possible for you to work out which of our insurance plans is best for your trip to New Zealand, get a quote and then buy your insurance online. We have outlined the steps for you below.

If you are new to OrbitProtect and want to find the most suitable insurance cover for your time in New Zealand, you can use our quick Find your plan quiz.

This provides a starter for considering what type of OrbitProtect travel insurance may be right for you based on your answers to some general questions. The page will give you the name of one plan, but other OrbitProtect plans may also be suitable for you.

2. Get a quote

Once you know which OrbitProtect insurance is most suitable for your planned trip, you can go to our Get a quote portal for an instant online quote. During this process you will have the option to request additional property cover (depending on the plan) and if you have pre-existing medical conditions, you may request consideration for these to be covered.

If you need to find additional information during the quote process, you can save your progress while you get those details.

Complete the quote form and once you receive the quote you can go on to purchase online immediately. Your quote is valid for 30 days from the date you submit your request.

3. Buy your insurance plan

Once you have gone through the Get a Quote process, you can choose to purchase your OrbitProtect insurance cover immediately using a credit card or bank transfer/payment using your quote link.

You won’t need to enter your details again to make your purchase – you’ll go straight through to our payment gateway.

Alternatively, you can save your quote and it will remain valid for up to 30 days.
